We are two sisters who decided to transform our parents' heritage into something that will endure through time. The name MM Suites comes from the union of our initials — a tribute to the family that raised us and the home that watched us grow.
In every corner you will find objects that have been in our family home all our lives — pieces we couldn't part with because of their sentimental value. Every detail has a story, every piece a memory.
Opening our home to other travellers is not just sharing a place to stay — it's inviting you to become part, for a few days, of a place that is ours but can now also be yours.

We want you to feel at home, and for that we only ask for a few common-sense rules. Most are the same we'd apply if you lived here — respect for the neighbours, the neighbourhood and the home.
Schedule
Check-in
Check-in flexible 24 hours: you can arrive whenever you need, even in the middle of the night. We'll send you all the information and access instructions by email upon booking confirmation.
Check-out
Please leave the apartment before 11 AM so we can prepare the house for the next guest. If you have a late flight, ask us.
Quiet hours
We have lovely neighbours. Please avoid loud noises (loud music, voices, heels) at night.
What is not allowed
Smoking
100% smoke-free home. No smoking anywhere: neither inside nor on balconies. If you need to smoke, you have to leave the building. Tobacco smell can take weeks to disappear.
Pets
We don't accept pets, not even small ones or during short visits. It's a decision thinking about guests with allergies.
Parties and events
No parties or celebrations allowed. You can invite a few people during the day (max 4 guests), always respecting neighbours' rest. No guests can stay overnight.
Care for the home
Recycling
In the kitchen you have separate bins: organic, packaging, paper, glass. Containers are across from the entrance. Please respect the colours.
Energy and water
Our energy is 100% renewable, powered by Octopus Energy, and the appliances are low-consumption, well-known brands. Enjoy the air conditioning and heating without worry — we just ask that you turn them off when you head out.

Everything you might need for cleaning during your stay is right here: 100% eco-friendly, biodegradable products.
When checking out
No need to clean before leaving (that's what the cleaning service is for). We only ask: take out the rubbish, leave used dishes in the dishwasher and turn everything off.
Advance notice
👶 If you travel with children or babies
We have all the baby and children equipment (cot, bathtub, Stokke chair, bottle warmer, utensils). To have everything ready on arrival, let us know at least 24 hours in advance via WhatsApp or email specifying the children's age.
🔒 Security system
The apartment has a Verisure alarm that is only active when there are no guests: we switch it off remotely before you arrive and switch it back on after you leave. In the living room there is a motion detector without a camera: it does not record images or sound, and it is deactivated during your stay. There are no cameras at all in the apartment, inside or outside.
If something breaks
It's okay, let us know. Accidents can happen to anyone. But it's important to tell us via WhatsApp as soon as possible — so we can organise the repair before the next guest. Hidden or unreported damages may generate additional charges.

Transport from us
Nervión is a well-connected neighbourhood. We have a bus stop at our door (lines that go straight to the centre), the T1 tram 8 minutes walk away, and the metro 12 minutes walk away.
Bus at our door
Ramón y Cajal stop 1 min away — lines 25, 26, 38 (to Prado de San Sebastián). At Alcalde Juan Fernández (3 min) the 32 bus goes straight to the centre: Plaza del Duque, Plaza Encarnación (Setas), Santa Justa.
Ticket: €1.40. Bought from the driver — bring exact change or small bills.
Tram T1
San Francisco Javier stop 8 min away. T1 connects directly with the centre: Puerta Jerez (Alcázar) — Archivo Indias (Cathedral) — Plaza Nueva. 7 stops, ~15 min.
Ticket: €1.40. Only sold at the stop machines (not on board). They accept card and contactless.
Metro L1
San Bernardo 12 min away or Nervión 14 min. L1 goes to Triana, Plaza Cuba and Aljarafe.
Single ticket: €1.35 (most journeys). Buy at the station machines. Tip: no ticket needed — tap your card or contactless phone directly at the gate.
Taxi · Uber · Cabify · Bolt
A taxi to the centre is ~€8-12 (5-10 min). All apps work in Seville: Uber, Cabify, Bolt and FreeNow. Bolt is usually the cheapest. Especially useful for coming back at night from the centre, when tram and metro close.
💡 Tip: TUSSAM tourist card
If you'll use public transport a lot, check the TUSSAM tourist card: €5/day or €10/3 days with unlimited rides on bus and tram (metro not included). Sold at TUSSAM service points (Prado de San Sebastián, Plaza Ponce de León). €1.50 deposit.

Single European number for ambulance, police and fire brigade. Free from any phone (mobile or landline, even without credit or SIM card). They speak Spanish, English, French, German and Italian.

Private hospital. The fastest option from the apartment. They accept most international travel insurance. Interpreters available for non-Spanish speakers. 24-hour reception.
Hospital Virgen del Rocío
Major public reference hospital
Public hospital — the largest in Andalusia and Seville's reference. If you have the European Health Insurance Card (EHIC), care is free. Covers the entire Andalusian public network. Ideal for serious emergencies.
Hospital Quirónsalud Sagrado Corazón
Reference private hospital with broad medical staff
Private with all specialties. Very broad medical staff. They accept most international medical insurance. Good English-language attention.

The closest 24-hour pharmacy
Open all night, every day. The fastest option if you need medication at night or on holidays.
Farmacia La Palmera 24h
Drive-through service available
Small but practical: you can order from the car without getting out. Near Virgen del Rocío Hospital. Staff with basic English.
Farmacia San Pablo 24h
Excellent service for tourists
English-speaking staff. Highly recommended for foreigners: professional advice and friendly service at any time. Also veterinary and dietary services.
What if you need a pharmacy at night closer to home?
In Spain, pharmacies have an on-duty rotation system. Every night and holiday, there are several on-duty pharmacies per area. It's likely there's an on-duty pharmacy closer than the fixed 24h ones. To find it:

The Official Pharmacists' Association of Seville publishes the on-duty pharmacies of the day. Visit farmaceuticosdesevilla.es and search for "guardias".
Ask any pharmacy
All pharmacies have a sign on the door showing the nearest on-duty pharmacy. If you walk by a closed one, check the outside sign.

Free iOS and Android app. Shows you on-duty pharmacies at your current location. The fastest if you have an emergency.
Important: on-duty pharmacies charge a supplement for night service (~€3-5 extra). It's completely normal.

5 minutes walk. For non-urgent consultations with the European Health Insurance Card. Mon-Fri 8am-8pm.

Private by appointment. Specialists, lab tests, dermatology, traumatology... For minor urgencies (cuts, dizziness, fever). English-speaking staff.
Before coming, remember
Travel insurance
We recommend travelling with travel insurance that covers medical expenses. If you're from the EU, don't forget your European Health Insurance Card (EHIC) for free public healthcare access.
Regular medication
If you take regular medication, bring it in its original packaging. For some medicines they'll ask for a prescription even if it's the same as in your country.
Basic first-aid kit at home
In the apartment you'll find a small first-aid kit with essentials: plasters, saline solution, paracetamol, ibuprofen and a thermometer. If you need anything else, we'll provide it.
